It will help you to understand and evaluate the role of administration within all functions and departments of organisations, to develop communication, decision making and time management skills which will allow the administrator to complete their work function to maximum effect, and to develop excellent organisational skills using a host of information and communications technologies. It will also provide you with the opportunity to be more aware of current legislation with regard to administration practices, and to enable you to develop the skills to work with a high level of personal autonomy.
