"Frances is a great trainer who delivers effortlessly. A friendly, professional person who gave a great course. With the group doing the course, there was always fun and banter among the participants. I would highly recommend Frances as a course designer and leader. The course was very interesting and the subject matter was what drew me to the course initially. As a result of doing the course, I went on to start a B.A. in HRM which I am half-way through. It is a subject that was delivered very professionally and well.
