"The Tutor was extremely patient, clear and concise. The E Learning Hub is extremely beneficial and the other learning material we received. It guaranteed the stress levels at the end of the course were at a minimum as we were completing different parts of the assignments as we went along. I work as a clerical assistant, so this course gives me the opportunity to possibly change my career path and provided me with valuable skills for that. The live online classes, the learning material and the tutor being helpful, clear and concise. I would highly recommend Frances and Lir Business Centre for all the training and courses they provide. I have completed two courses so far and look forward to the next one as they are so helpful and provide a fantastic understanding of knowledge. They are extremely friendly, helpful, patient, clear and concise which I feel are the most important skills to have when providing courses "

"When my supervisor first asked me to complete an online learning programme. I feared the worst. I know how to use the computer but to be part of a group on Microsoft teams. From the first email I received from Lir I was made feel welcome and Joan was very helpful. Lir offers great support and training through Online learning. Everything is explained in a way that it is easy to understand and follow. My trainer was Frances and she explained exactly how to log into the learning hub where all our course material is. If anyone struggled with this help was provided. It was amazing to see we were all from different areas around Ireland, but all brought together by online learning. "
