"I found Deirdre very good at breaking down and explaining the formulas for this course and was always at the end of a phone or email if needed. The information and delivery were very good and the fact that the Hub has the information and videos if you needed to go over the information from class. I found the relaxed atmosphere in the training sessions very good as I would tend to over think things at times. I would definitely recommend you do this course as it brings Spreadsheets to life in a way that I never thought was possible. I have found I have been able to use on a day-to-day basis within my workplace and has definitely enhanced my day-to-day work efficiency. "
