"Frances provided a detailed breakdown of course content where required and was extremely open and approachable with questions both during course classes and outside of this time. This made completing coursework very manageable as support was always with reach. The programme was delivered in a straightforward way that matched the requirements of the brief and was not confusing. Personally, I don't feel that aspects of the programme delivery would need to be adjusted. There was a wide range of resources available for all types of participants, which made it easy to pick and choose based on preferred learning styles. In my own experience, I found that text and images worked better for me than videos, so I used these resources more often. However, having the ability to choose was a great benefit. The Training Needs Identification & Design course gave me a solid foundation in factors that influence training & development, designing for adult learners and course production overall. I would highly recommend the course to anyone considering becoming a trainer in the future."

"Frances was very helpful and approachable. She was calm and friendly while delivering the information. This was not the easiest subject for me, but Frances was able to teach me well enough to complete the course and I am thankful for that.
Frances did an excellent job, and I would recommend her for training. The workbooks and online learning hub resources were top notch. If I could give higher than excellent I would, honestly. They were so informative and straight to the point as well and I was able to answer the questions effectively with their help. The 6S3372 Training & Development (Special Purpose Award) is taught to the highest standard by those in Lir Business Centre. With approachable staff and informative resources, I was able to complete this course. It was a new area of study for me.
Still, with the help and guidance of those at Lir I now have finished Train the Trainer. I'm delighted and sincerely grateful. Highly recommend doing this course with Lir Business Centre "

β€œThis course was extremely beneficial to me in everyway. I would not hesitate to recommend this course to anyone who wishes to train in this area. There is absolutely no part, or area in the content of the course where I felt disappointed. There is for me, no reason for why anyone should worry about this course not fulfilling their anticipated training needs. This course not only fulfilled all my expectations completely, but gave my far more than I anticipated gaining. I walked away from the course with much more than I expected to take with me at the end."

"This was the second time I attended a course delivered online by Lir Business Services and Training Centre. Frances was our tutor again and she delivered the course in a clear manner, the handouts and material that we could assess during the course was of huge benefit. I got all the information I needed to complete the assignments and project from the elearning hub. I would highly recommend Lir Business Services and Training Centre.
