"Frances was very helpful and approachable. She was calm and friendly while delivering the information. This was not the easiest subject for me, but Frances was able to teach me well enough to complete the course and I am thankful for that.
Frances did an excellent job, and I would recommend her for training. The workbooks and online learning hub resources were top notch. If I could give higher than excellent I would, honestly. They were so informative and straight to the point as well and I was able to answer the questions effectively with their help. The 6S3372 Training & Development (Special Purpose Award) is taught to the highest standard by those in Lir Business Centre. With approachable staff and informative resources, I was able to complete this course. It was a new area of study for me.
